Return to Gaea is a sacred seasonal retreat day for women - a gentle, immersive experience of reconnection, stillness, and Earth-honouring ritual.
Held within the wild sanctuary of Yarnbala in Coffin Bay, this retreat invites you to slow down, soften, and remember the wisdom that resides within you.
Surrounded by ancient bushland, wild arid landscape and serenaded with birdsong, you’ll be supported through grounding movement, seasonal rituals, sacred medicine making, and the power of circle - honouring the rhythms of the Earth and your own.

What to Expect
This retreat is a full day, all-inclusive, immersive experience intended to reconnect you with your body, the land, and the season you are in.
Throughout the day, you’ll be held in a nurturing space and guided through:

Sacred plant medicine making with native Australian botanicals
Stillness practices and guided rest
Women’s circle for reflection and sisterhood

We open in sacred circle, grounding into the energy of the land and tuning in to the subtle rhythms of the season. Through breath, presence, and shared intention, we begin the journey inward.Embodied Pilates Practice
A nourishing, grounding movement session that blends Pilates, somatic awareness, and intuitive flow. This practice invites you to awaken your body’s wisdom, connect with your breath, and root into the Earth beneath you.Seasonal Nature Walk & Sensory Connection
Step into the bushland for a guided walk designed to deepen your awareness of place, season, and self. Through gentle sensory prompts, you’ll attune to the natural world and begin to notice how the cycles of the Earth mirror your own inner landscape.

The middle of the day invites nourishment on every level—body, heart, and spirit.
Shared Seasonal Lunch –
Gather for a lovingly prepared meal featuring local, wild caught seafood with seasonal, garden grown , plant-based options available. This is a time to slow down and enjoy the sacred act of communal eating.Sacred Medicine Making Workshop
Guided by Earth-based wisdom and the Element of Air, you’ll craft an aromatic smoke remedy from wild foraged botanicals. Working with Indigenous plants, woods, resins and gums, you’ll learn about the energetics of the season and how the Earth’s cycles reflect and support the cycles within you as a woman. This is both a creative act and a sacred remembrance of your place in the web of life.

Guided Ritual and Rest Practice
Settle into deep stillness through a guided ritual designed to support integration, inner listening, and connection with the seasonal energies of the Earth.Fire Circle and Reflection
We gather in sisterhood around the fire to share stories, insights, and gratitude - closing the day in sacred circle sipping a handcrafted Violet flower elixir.This is a space to honour the cyclical nature of womanhood and how it mirrors the cycles of the Earth - ever-changing, intuitive, and wise.
Live Music
As the light softens, we’re held by the warmth of connection and the soulful sounds of live music from a local musician - an invitation to be present, open-hearted, and in harmony with all that surrounds us.
